What materials do you use for your jewelry?
LILY & ROO jewelry is crafted using only the finest materials, including 14ct gold, 18ct gold, and 925 sterling silver. We also use ethically sourced diamonds and genuine freshwater pearls to ensure every piece meets our high quality standards.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. For international orders, delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I personalize or engrave my jewelry?
Yes, we offer professional engraving services on many of our lockets, pendants, and rings. Please select the 'Engraving' option on the product page to add your custom message or initials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and personalized or engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every LILY & ROO piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or tarnishing caused by contact with chemicals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna for eligible customers.
